Cancellation Policy

Your order with Wit & Whimsy can be canceled only if it is yet to be shipped. To initiate a cancellation, please reach out to our customer support team at care@witandwhimsy.in.

In cases where the order has not been shipped, the cancellation will be processed, and the refund will be initiated within 7 business days after acknowledging the cancellation request. Please note that orders once shipped cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

At Wit & Whimsy, we accept returns only for products that are damaged in transit, have physical defects, or if an incorrect product has been shipped. If you encounter such issues, please send us an email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product within the stipulated time.

For returns of all or part of your order, kindly inform us within 48 hours of receiving the products by reaching out to us at care@witandwhimsy.in.

It’s important to note that returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, the seal has been broken, or the serial number has been tampered with. Upon receiving the returned product, Wit & Whimsy will conduct an inspection to validate the claim.

Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. In the case of online payments, the refunded amount will be processed back to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of receiving the request. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund.
