Refund Policy
Returns will be accepted only for products damaged in transit, those with physical defects, or in the case of incorrect products being shipped. To initiate a return, kindly email us at care@witandwhimsy.in with photos of the damaged/incorrect product within the stipulated time.
If you wish to return all or part of your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the products. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, the seal is broken, or the serial number is tampered with.
Upon receiving the returned product, Wit & Whimsy will inspect and validate the claim. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue a refund or replacement. If the product is found ineligible, it will be couriered back to you.
For online payments, the refund will be processed back to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request. For COD orders, the refund will be credited to your bank account within 14 working days of the refund request.
